Galerie Nicolas Flamel is a contemporary art gallery established in 2008 in Paris by Fathali Metghalchi and his wife Kimya Derambakhsh. Located in the heart of the Parisian art scene, it is in the historic and trendy neighborhood of ‘the Marais’, just a few steps from the Pompidou Museum. Managed and curated by Fathali Metghalchi, Hessam Khalatbari, Yassi Metghalchi, the gallery is dedicated to exhibiting and promoting international contemporary artists with a primary focus on Iranian contemporary artists to a global audience.

Who was Nicolas Flamel ?
The gallery was named after the famous alchemist Nicolas Flamel who used to live in the oldest house in Paris, in the same street of the gallery back in the 15th century. He became the legendary alchemist of the ‘philosophal stone’. And he used to practice his works in what is now the basement of the gallery.

The gallery has exhibited the works and talents of great masters of Iranian contemporary art such as :
